The Last Order delivers within Hetauda city only. Today: 10 AM – 10 PM. Regular schedule: Mon — Sun · 10 AM – 10 PM. Orders placed outside opening hours will be saved for the next service window unless cancelled.

You need an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the orders placed from your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

• Prices are in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.) and are shown on the menu.
• An order is confirmed only after the kitchen accepts it.
• We may reject orders if items are sold out, the address is outside our service area, or we cannot reach you by phone.

Online payment is launching soon. Once enabled, you'll receive a secure payment link (eSewa, Khalti, or card) before delivery. Until then, we'll follow the in-app instructions for each order.

You can cancel a free of charge before the kitchen begins preparing it. Once cooking starts, the order cannot be cancelled. If the food you receive is wrong or unsafe, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery and we'll make it right.

Estimated delivery times are best-effort and depend on order volume, weather, and traffic. We do our best to keep you informed of any delay.

• No fake orders or harassment of our staff or riders.
• No attempt to disrupt or break the website or its systems.
• Use of our service must comply with the laws of Nepal.

The Last Order is not liable for losses outside our reasonable control, such as power cuts, internet outages, or events that prevent us from operating safely.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated.
